Leadership
The cultivation of leaders starts with the Leadership Curriculum developed by our founder Major General T.S. Jones (ret.). Based
on his own personal experiences and what he learned throughout his 36-year career in the Marine Corps, General Jones has
developed a curriculum that embodies the ideas and concepts of leadership and transforms them into philosophies and
principles that are easy to grasp as well as implement. One of the strong points of the program is to have students
learn leadership by example and to have their orientation progress from self to team.

Training
With the combination of our Leadership Curriculum,  prescribed teamwork, and high intensity
physical and mental challenges, we build character within your cadets while
forging strong bonds. Train alongside or let our skilled and fully trained staff
facilitate your cadets through a number of high adventure training
programs. Your young leaders will experience achievement as part of a
team as well as on a personal level as they are pushed outside their
 comfort zones and realize their true potential. Our facilities offer a wide
rage of opportunities to allow different leadership styles and techniques
within your group to emerge. Understanding that in every team the
leadership dynamic will be different, we work to help individuals
understand that people will look to someone who trusts the team and
earns their trust, as well as effectively motivate them. We give them the
tools to enhance and develop their skills in leadership, teamwork,
communication, trust, and decision-making, it just takes their willingness to
learn to make it all happen. 
Events Available: High Ropes Course, Low Ropes Course, Leadership Reaction
Course, Tower Complex, Indoor Sahalie Adventure Challenge Center, Caving, GPS
Course, White Water Rafting, Hiking, Mt. Biking, Canoeing, and more.

Retention
Keep your cadets in the Program. One of the greatest challenges for the ROTC programs
today is keeping their cadets engaged, involved and in the program until graduation. We
work with you to develop a multi-staged strategy to give your cadets something to look
forward to each year as they progress within your program. We will tailor to your specific
needs in order to develop your younger cadets and show them the power of a team, and
engage your older cadets to more individual challenges.
