Outdoor Odyssey offers a wide range of team building experiences for your group to choose
from. Our team building and adventure curriculum is designed to offer teams of employees a
variety of opportunities  to solve problems, support each other, develop communication skills,
and learn to use each others strengths to build your team and bond more cohesively. These
experiences take place at the Outdoor Odyssey camp just minutes from the Mountain Valley Lodge.
Groups of coworkers are put to the test on our 12-event leadership reaction course, climbing
complex, low and high rope courses, and much more. These fundamental events consist of a
graduated series of program designed elements that provide a dynamic learning environment,
 leading participants to new insights about themselves, their coworkers, and their effectiveness
as a group. Not all team events are physically challenging. Many events are geared more

Participants learn the fundamentals necessary to establish and reach goals, trust one another,
think outside of the box when solving problems, show genuine concern for each other, and to be
